What are the billing stages?

• Preflight stage
• • Initial charge when a document is uploaded
  • Covers initial document processing and Preflight report generation
  • Charged regardless of whether the Review proceeds
• Review stage
• • Additional charge when starting the Review after Preflight
  • Charged only if the Review proceeds past Preflight

How does billing work across months?

Each charge is applied in the month it occurs.

• Example 1: Same month billing
• • January 15: Upload document (Preflight fee charged)
  • January 16: Start Review (Review fee charged)
  • Result: Both charges appear on January invoice
• Example 2: Split month billing
• • January 31: Upload document (Preflight fee charged)
  • February 1: Start Review (Review fee charged)
  • Result: Preflight fee on January invoice, Review fee on February invoice

What happens if I abandon a Review?

• Only the Preflight fee is charged
• No additional Review fee is charged
• The document can be reviewed later if needed. The Review fee will be charged if this occurs.

How do charges appear on invoices?

• Each charge appears as a separate line item
• Preflight and Review fees are listed individually
• All fees are charged excluding GST

What if I need to check current pricing?

To view your current pricing:

• Go to Settings > Billing.
• Scroll to the Service rates table.

This table shows the rates for each service on your account, including Preflight and Review fees. All rates are displayed excluding GST.

There are two billing stages: Preflight and Review. The Preflight fee is charged when a document is uploaded. The Review fee is charged when you start the Review after Preflight.

Can I see which Reviews have been billed?

Yes, check your billing usage report to see which Reviews have been counted in your current billing period.

Do abandoned Reviews count toward billing?

If you abandon a Review during Preflight, only the Preflight fee is charged. The Review fee is not charged unless you proceed past Preflight.
