FAQ

What is the default sign-in method?

All accounts are created with email and password authentication. You can add social sign-in methods (Microsoft or Google) after your account is created.

How do I add a social sign-in method?

Sign in to Curia, click your profile icon in the bottom left corner, then click "Manage account". In the Connected accounts section, click the provider you want to add and follow the verification steps.

Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?

Curia does not offer built-in 2FA. If you require two-factor authentication, connect a Microsoft or Google account and enable 2FA through that provider's security settings. You can then sign in to Curia using your social account with 2FA enabled.

What if I can't sign in?

If you're using email and password, use the "Forgot password" option to reset your password. If you're using a social sign-in method, ensure your provider account is accessible and that the email address matches your Curia account. If you continue to have issues please contact Curia Support.
