How do I reset my password?
- Go to https://app.curia.com.au
- Enter your email address
- Click 'Continue'
- Select "Forgot password"
- Click "Reset your password"
- Check your email for the 6-digit code (check spam/junk if you don't see it)
- Return to the login screen
- Enter the 6-digit code
- Create a new password
- Click 'Reset Password' to complete the process
What if I don't receive the reset code?
If you don't receive the reset code:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Ensure you entered the correct email address
- Click "Resend code" to request a new code
- Try another sign-in method if available
