Switching between accounts
How to switch accounts
The organisation switcher button appears at the bottom of the navigation menu (sidebar) and displays your current account name.
To switch to a different account:
- Click the organisation button at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select the account you want to switch to from the dropdown list.
- The page will refresh and load your new account.
After switching accounts, you'll see the dashboard for the selected account. All your reviews, reports, settings, and users are specific to each account and remain separate.
When accounts are different
Each account has its own:
- Reviews and documents
- Users and roles
- Settings and customisation
- Billing and subscription plan
- Library items and field configurations
Your user profile (name and email) stays the same across all accounts, but your role and permissions may differ between accounts. For example, you might be an account owner in one firm but have a conveyancer role in another.
Adding new accounts
You can only join an account if someone from that organisation invites you. If you need access to another firm's account, ask an account owner or administrator to send you an invitation to your email address.
Once invited, the new account will automatically appear in your organisation switcher.
