FAQ
What are Library Recommendations?
Library Recommendations are pre-written Recommendations stored in your account that are automatically applied when certain Field values are detected during Review.
How do I edit a Library Recommendation?
Go to Settings > Library > Recommendations. Click a Recommendation to edit its amendment text and client explanation. Changes apply to future Reviews only.
Are Recommendations applied automatically?
Yes, when a Field value triggers a rule-based Recommendation, the Library Recommendation is automatically applied. You can switch to manual mode to override or customise the text for individual Reviews.
What is the difference between Amendment and Recommendation text?
The Amendment is formal language for the vendor's solicitor describing the requested change. The Recommendation is a client-friendly explanation of why the change is needed.
